From the floral reception theme to the bride’s knockout dress, everything about Anneliese and James’ July wedding wowed. We adore the glamorous vibe paired with the Santorini sunshine, which really made this a wedding to remember.
The ceremony
Anneliese and James shared their vows in front of family and friends, with the breath-taking Santorini scenery as the perfect backdrop. With a view like this you don’t really need anything else, but the elegant white floral square arch adds a super-stylish centrepiece for the ceremony.
Chic lace parasols were laid out for guests, along with beautiful, personalised order of ceremony booklets. Sticking with the sophisticated tone, the chairs were dressed up with white gauze ties, a single rose and foliage.
Glam bridal style
Anneliese looked incredible on her wedding day. Her floor-length, figure hugging sequin wedding dress, with delicate spaghetti straps and low back, gave real Hollywood glamour vibes. She finished off her beautiful and utterly show-stopping look perfectly with a cathedral length veil, bright red lips and her hair worn in loose, dark waves. We love Anneliese’s oversized, textured bouquet, which had a boho-luxe feel. Alongside her groom, James – looking sharp in a black tux – they made the coolest couple.
Chic wedding table styling
Anneliese and James really made the most of Le Ciel’s indoor reception space, by channelling a minimalist, floral theme throughout. The tables were decorated with gorgeous floral displays in the softest shades of pink, mixed with lush green foliage, in simple glass vases.
For table names and place names, the couple opted for pressed flowers encased in Perspex blocks, which felt modern and romantic. Each table setting included a photo of their guests, to add a personal touch to the day.
The Santorini wedding details
Our fashionable couple had great fun filling their day with personalised touches. The quicky card box carried on the Perspex theme, while the seating plan worked perfectly with Anneliese and James’ minimalist elegance feel.
Things like the basket of flip flops to ease aching feet, ice cream trike and dessert table – a feast of sweet treats including macarons, cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries – were all huge hits with the couple’s grateful guests.
We love the personalised cake topper, of Anneliese and James with their dog – such a cute touch!
